Paul Rochester
President & CEO
Paul Rochester is an accomplished technology executive with broad experience including general management and sales in product and professional services companies. Paul was previously President & CEO of Conformative Systems, an XML appliance company that was bought by Intel in 2005. Earlier, as an Executive in Residence (EIR) at Sierra Ventures, he advised the firm on technology investments and independently served on the Boards and/or Advisory Boards of five companies.
Prior to Sierra Ventures, Paul was Vice President and General Manager of the global professional services division for Sun Microsystems, one of Sun's fastest growing businesses with a 50 percent per year growth rate delivering complex IT infrastructure and system management solutions for computing, storage, networking, web services and enterprise applications. This billion dollar division eventually became a field force of more than 5,000 professionals on six continents and was ranked No. 1 in it's category by IDC. Paul's responsibilities later expanded to include Sun's internal global IT, call center and network infrastructure involving over 5,000 servers and 30,000 desktops worldwide.
Prior to Sun, Paul was a senior partner with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), and before that held senior positions with Ernst & Young, SHL Systemhouse and Honeywell Information Systems.
Paul holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University in Canada. |

Linda Palmor
Chief Financial Officer
Linda brings over twenty-five years of financial management experience to PS’Soft. Most recently, she served as SVP and Chief Financial Officer of diCarta, Inc. from 2001 through its successful acquisition by Emptoris in March 2006. Prior to diCarta, she served as CFO of HearMe, a developer and licensor of Voice over IP software, guiding the company through its IPO in April 1999. Prior to that, she was the Vice President of Finance for Terayon Communication Systems, a multi-national broadband systems distributor, successfully completing their IPO in August 1998. Linda has held other executive financial management positions in high technology, entertainment, consumer products and service industries with companies including Electronic Arts, The Walt Disney Company, Paramount Pictures and Color Systems Technology.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Manchester University, U.K., and is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Accountant. |

Jean-Pierre Bernard
Vice President of Professional Services, North America
Jean-Pierre is responsible for pre-sales support, implementation services, technical support, and customer care for the North American region.
Jean-Pierre has 20 years of experience in the Services industry and has held partner and practice leader positions with Deloitte Consulting, KPMG Consulting, and Computer Science Corporation. He has developed expertise in combining implementation of enterprise systems (namely ERP, PLM and Business Intelligence), IT Planning, and business process reengineering, helping companies optimize the return on their IT investments. Most recently, he was CEO and President of Xceleris Corporation, a technology consulting company based Silicon Valley, where he personally led the compliance services practice.
Jean-Pierre holds a degree from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees in Paris and a PhD in Materials Science from Paris University. |

Tommy Hawkins
Vice President of Engineering
Tommy is a software executive with a proven background
in building and growing software development organizations in venture situations and successfully
guiding them to IPO and/or acquisition. He has significant experience in the development of enterprise class, mission-critical Applications and Application Development products used by
today's Fortune 1000 companies.
Tommy has previously served as VP of Engineering at Above All Software, a web-service tools vendor,
VP of Engineering at MarketFirst Software, a maker of Marketing Automation Software, Front Office Software,
an early document management company and Visigenic Software, a leader in Application Server and ODBC
technologies. Prior to that, he served as Executive Director of Informix Software, a leading Database
provider. At various times, he has also served as an Independent Consultant and Advisor to numerous Silicon
Valley Technology and Venture Investment firms.
Tommy holds a B.S. in Information and Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Medical Information Science from the University of California at San Francisco. |

Bill Yaman
Vice President of Marketing and North American Sales
Bill is responsible for global marketing and North American sales at PS’Soft.
Bill brings more than 20 years experience in enterprise software marketing and general management. Most recently, Bill was Vice President of Marketing at Pacific Edge Software, a Project and Portfolio Management company acquired by Serena Software. Prior to Pacific Edge, Bill served as Vice President and General Manager of storage management software at ADIC as well as CEO of Holistix, a provider of web management solutions. He has also held senior management positions at Candle Corporation and IBM.
Bill holds a BSE in Engineering and Business Management from Princeton University. |

Bruno Foucault
Managing Director, Southern Europe
Bruno is responsible for growth and development of PS'Soft operations in Southern Europe, including France, Italy, Spain, Benelux, Switzerland and Portugal.
Bruno's career in the software industry has been focused on working with large and medium businesses as customers, and partnering with the large system integrators. He recently was Managing Director with Siebel Systems, the recognized CRM leader and pioneer. During his tenure, Bruno had sales responsibility in France and several other regions in Europe. Prior to Siebel he helped lead the growth of help desk pioneer Scopus Technology in France. Earlier in his career, Bruno was with D& B Software in the ERP line of business.
Bruno holds a Master in Management from Dauphine University in Paris. |

Stéphane Lhenry
Director, French Operations
Stéphane has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry in various sales positions. He and his team were leaders in France in the application of ITIL to the Asset Management domain while introducing IT Self-Service, end-user Help Desk and BPM to leading financial services and manufacturing companies like Arcelor, Renault, Sanofi Aventis, Société Générale, etc. Prior to joining PS'Soft as a Sales Manager, Stéphane worked in a large IT organization at a major French bank, Bank San Paolo. Since 1997 he has responsibility for PS'Soft operations in France.
